Filing a Takedown Request

• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@gta5online.org with the same identifying information, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate federal court.

Repeat Infringers

GTA5Online.org reserves the right to remove content and, where applicable, restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Response Time

Valid notices are reviewed and processed as promptly as practicable, typically within a few business days of receipt.
